When does Charter access start?
Charter enrollment runs September 14–November 30, 2026. The $399 payment is collected when you purchase. Access begins December 1, 2026 and your first paid term ends November 30, 2027.
What happens after the first Charter year?
Charter membership automatically renews at $499 per year beginning December 1, 2027 unless canceled. The introductory $399 price applies to the first access year.
When does Classic membership start?
Classic enrollment opens December 1, 2026. For prelaunch purchases, the first term is January 1–December 31, 2027. After launch, the first term runs for one year from joining. Classic is $499 per year and automatically renews unless canceled.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
The current membership offer is annual only.
Where do I manage billing or cancellation?
Sign in to your Tracker account and open account and billing settings. Review the applicable cancellation and refund terms in the Tracker before purchasing. Contact support@healthcareaipioneers.com if you need help.
